Mind-blowing experience! From start to finish, the service was jaw-droppingly good. The staff were super attentive and nice, always going above and beyond. Our ranger, Phillip, was incredibly knowledgeable and funny, making the game drives a blast. The variety of animals we saw, including the white lion, left us in awe. The facilities were top notch, with stunning rooms always kept in perfect condition. We can't wait to return in the future! Xxx

The value for money at Pumba was exceptional, exceeding all expectations. The lodges provided a perfect combination of seclusion and stunning views of the wildlife. The staff were incredibly friendly, treating us like cherished guests in their own homes.
Breakfast delights, although tasty, could be improved with a few more waiting staff to enhance efficiency.

I had an exceptional safari experience at a private reserve recently. The accommodations were luxurious, with spacious and beautifully decorated chalet-style rooms. The staff were friendly, professional, and always went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay. The food and beverage choices at the restaurant were excellent. The highlight of my trip was the daily game drives, where I got to see numerous animals, including the elusive white lions. The reserve's location was easily accessible, making it a perfect choice for a honeymoon or a safari getaway. I highly recommend this unique safari experience.

During my recent stay at Pumba Private Game Reserve, I was blown away by the exceptional service and stunning accommodations. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel at home and anticipate all of my needs. The location of the lodge provided a breathtaking view of the mountains, and the sight of game at the waterhole added to the magical atmosphere. I must mention my amazing ranger, Gladman, who was incredibly knowledgeable and ensured that every game drive was filled with unforgettable sightings. And let's not forget about the food! The quality and taste of the meals were outstanding. my experience at Pumba Private Game Reserve was nothing short of incredible. I highly recommend this lodge for anyone seeking an unforgettable and luxurious getaway.
Although my stay was near perfect, there were a few small hiccups. The running water in my room had a few issues, which required attention from the staff.

The game drives were truly unforgettable, with our excellent guide Cleo making our holiday extra special. The rooms in the water lodge were stunning, and we loved waking up to see hippos every morning. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed watching animals at the watering hole during lunch. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional service throughout our stay. we highly recommend this safari experience.
Although our room at the Bush Lodge was comfortable, we were disappointed not to have a view of the animals. It would have been nice to overlook the open area where they roam.

The staff was exceptional and very friendly, doing everything they could to make our stay memorable. the lodge had a great view of the mountains and a waterhole where we could spot game. Our ranger was one of the best we've ever had, with vast knowledge and impressive sightings. the food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of options.
Watch out for the cheeky monkeys in the lodge and chalet areas, as they can be a bit mischievous. the restaurant service and food were not up to luxury standards, lacking the wow factor.

The whole stay was fantastic. The staff was exceptional and very friendly, making us feel at home. They even personalized our room based on our celebration, which was a nice touch. The lodge had a great location with beautiful mountain views, and we could watch game from the small waterhole in front. Our ranger was the best we've had, and we had amazing sightings, especially of the white lions. The food was outstanding, and we loved every meal.
Compared to our previous safari experience in a large open reserve, this private reserve felt a bit like a fenced-in zoo. Although we saw lots of animals up close, it lacked the vastness and variety of the Serengeti.

The game drives were exceptional, with rangers who truly cared about giving us the best experience. The staff created a warm and welcoming atmosphere, making us feel like part of the family. The food was excellent, and we enjoyed every moment of our stay. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable getaway.

Our stay at Pumba Private Game Reserve was absolutely superb! From the stunning location and beautiful rooms to the exceptional game drives, everything exceeded our expectations. We were lucky enough to see a wide variety of animals, including the elusive white lion. Our ranger, Daniel, was incredibly knowledgeable and made the experience fun with his sense of humor. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and we loved having hot chocolate or a gin and tonic on the reserve at sunset. Although there were a few minor drawbacks, such as a shortage of waiting staff in the restaurant and the lack of modern plugs, these did not significantly impact our overall experience. In conclusion, we highly recommend Pumba Private Game Reserve for an unforgettable safari getaway.
